I am very blessed to find this gym! The coach is amazing - Shane Thompson. One of the best in Calgary from the multiple gyms I have visited. The boxing gym is spacey and comprised of many boxing tools that are so helpful to start and develop the skills in boxing.

Not to mention that it has an amazing team and people to train with. The energy of courage, humility and discipline around the atmosphere is contagious!
